To change the appearance of items in a folder

1. Click the View menu, and then click Large Icons, Small Icons, List, Details.
2. The following screen shows Details view.
   
   
   
3. The following screen shows Large Icons view.

Notes

• When you use the Details view, you can also select the columns that you want to be visible by clicking the View menu, clicking Options, and click on the Column tab. See Column option.
• When in Details view, you can sort the list of items by name, size, date, etc by clicking on the column header. First click sort the list in ascending order, click again sort the list in descending order.
